Cera-Wear HR BB Ceramic Wear Pads are premium-grade composite ceramic liners engineered for wear protection in highly corrosive and high-temperature industrial environments.

Manufactured from 92% alumina ceramic tiles embedded within a corrosion-resistant rubber matrix, these wear pads provide excellent resistance to high-velocity wet slurry, fine particle
sliding abrasion, and impact in demanding process applications.

Each liner features interlocking hexagonal ceramic tiles fully vulcanised within a premium 50 Duro bromobutyl rubber compound, providing a combination of abrasion resistance, impact absorption, chemical resistance, and installation flexibility.
