This is a hands-on support role that combines internal sales assistance, work planning support, technical administration and general management support within a fast-paced industrial environment.
About the Role
You will work closely with the Operations Manager and Internal Sales team to support day-to-day business operations and help convert inspection findings into sales opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with preparation of quotes
- Raising purchase orders and supporting invoicing processes
- Planning and coordinating work load
- Maintaining employee records as required
- Providing general administrative support to internal sales and management
- Ensuring job documentation is accurate and job packs complete
- coordinating stock controls and relevant systems
This role is critical to ensuring jobs are properly planned, documented and commercially supported.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have experience in an industrial, mechanical or maintenance environment preferred

Position Overview
The Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, monitoring, and support of the organisation’s IT systems, servers, networks, cloud platforms, and user environments. The role ensures the ongoing performance, security, availability, and reliability of business-critical IT infrastructure and services, while also providing technical support and contributing to system improvements across the business.
This is a full-time permanent position based in Adelaide, South Australia.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Administering and maintaining the organisation’s IT infrastructure, including servers, desktop environments, networks, and cloud-based systems
- Installing, configuring, supporting, and maintaining Windows server and desktop operating environments
- Administering Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
- Managing user identities, access controls, permissions, and group policies through Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
- Supporting and maintaining Microsoft Azure infrastructure, services, and related cloud resources
- Managing endpoint devices, security policies, and deployment profiles using Microsoft Intune or similar management platforms
- Monitoring system performance, availability, backups, and security to ensure reliable and efficient operation of IT systems
- Diagnosing and resolving system, hardware, software, and network issues to minimise disruption and downtime
- Supporting and maintaining network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, routers, wireless networks, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP services
- Performing system upgrades, software deployment, patch management, and preventative maintenance activities
- Managing backup processes, recovery procedures, and contributing to disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Maintaining IT documentation, asset records, system configurations, procedures, and support logs
- Assisting with the planning and implementation of IT projects, infrastructure upgrades, and technology improvements
- Ensuring systems are maintained in accordance with organisational security requirements, operational procedures, and compliance standards
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this role, applicants should have:
- Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in systems administration, infrastructure support, or enterprise IT environments
- Experience administering Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments
- Experience supporting Microsoft Azure and Azure Active Directory environments
- Sound knowledge of network administration principles, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and switching
- Experience with endpoint and device management solutions such as Microsoft Intune
- Strong troubleshooting, technical analysis, and problem-solving skills

About the Role
SEC Business Group Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Rubber Production Machine Operators to support our growing conveyor, rubber production, and industrial services operations. This role involves operating and monitoring machinery used in the manufacture, processing, and preparation of rubber products in accordance with safety, quality, and production requirements.
The position is hands-on and suited to candidates with experience in industrial rubber production environments.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:
- Operating, setting, and regulating rubber production machinery and equipment
- Loading, measuring, and mixing raw materials and compounds in accordance with production specifications
- Operating rubber moulding, extrusion, vulcanising, curing, and finishing equipment
- Monitoring machine performance and adjusting controls to maintain product quality
- Inspecting finished rubber products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
- Identifying faults, defects, or equipment issues and reporting them appropriately
- Performing basic maintenance and cleaning of machinery and work areas
- Maintaining production records and documentation as required
- Complying with workplace health and safety policies, procedures, and standards at all times
- Working effectively as part of a production and operations team

- Good attention to detail and quality control
- Physical fitness suitable for manual and machine-based work
- Ability to work shifts and overtime where required
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for record keeping and reporting
- A strong commitment to workplace safety
Formal trade qualifications are desirable but not essential where equivalent practical experience can be demonstrated.
