PVG Cover (Nitrile Rubber)

PVG covered solid woven belts are manufactured with covers primarily composed of rubber, improving troughability, resistance to wet conditions and slip, low temperature performance, elongation control, and wear resistance.

Both the top and bottom covers are PVG. This belt type is suitable for carrying materials containing some moisture on conveyor slopes of up to 20 degrees, helping extend belt life in wet and challenging operating conditions.
