SEC Business Group (SEC-BG) is a growing South Australian industrial services company specialising in conveyor maintenance, shutdown works and plant services across mining and heavy industry.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an Operations & Internal Sales Support professional to join our Adelaide team.
This is a hands-on support role that combines internal sales assistance, work planning support, technical administration and general management support within a fast-paced industrial environment.
About the Role
You will work closely with the Operations Manager and Internal Sales team to support day-to-day business operations and help convert inspection findings into sales opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with preparation of quotes
- Raising purchase orders and supporting invoicing processes
- Planning and coordinating work load
- Maintaining employee records as required
- Providing general administrative support to internal sales and management
- Ensuring job documentation is accurate and job packs complete
- coordinating stock controls and relevant systems
This role is critical to ensuring jobs are properly planned, documented and commercially supported.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have experience in an industrial, mechanical or maintenance environment preferred
- Be confident using MYOB, Excel and general business systems
- Have strong organisational and planning skills
- Demonstrate high attention to detail and process accuracy
- Communicate effectively across workshop, site and management teams
