Unique U Shape

The U-shaped blade maintains maximum pressure in the centre of the belt where the greatest material build-up usually occurs.

Easy Blade Replacement

The cartridge blade design allows blade removal and replacement to be completed quickly and efficiently.

Simple Tension Check

The spring adjustment system provides a quick visual check to confirm the cleaner is correctly tensioned. A 1–2 mm gap in the spring coils indicates the correct setting.

Blade Stop

The integrated blade stop prevents the cleaner from over-travelling once the blade is fully worn, helping avoid unnecessary wear to both the cleaner and the belt.
