compacted bulk materials.

Its patented U-shaped blade profile conforms to the belt surface,
concentrating cleaning force where it is most effective and improving
overall carryback removal.

Dual-Action Cleaning Design

Integrated carbide tips aggressively remove hardened and compacted material,
while the durable rubber backing functions as a squeegee to eliminate
wet fines and sludgy residues.

This combined cleaning action ensures maximum material removal and
consistently improved belt cleanliness.

Advanced Tension Control System

A dual spring tensioning system maintains consistent and controlled
blade pressure across the full belt width.

This ensures uniform cleaning performance while minimising excessive blade wear
