Description
The SEC Business Group Poly Pre Cleaner is designed for installation
on the head or tripper pulley as the primary cleaning stage
following material discharge.
It is specifically suited to applications requiring a gentler
cleaning approach, particularly on belts fitted with
mechanical splices or recessed belt clips.
The system incorporates dual side frames, a heavy-duty support pole,
and 165mm wide polyurethane blades.
The poly blade design provides effective material removal while
reducing the risk of damage to mechanical fasteners or belt splices.
While suitable for reversing belt applications, cleaning performance
is achieved in the primary direction of belt travel.
Blade tension is applied through a spring and torque arm assembly,
