Each roller incorporates EU-Roller’s patented sealing system together with a patented bearing and seal housing design. The advanced sealing arrangement includes a back seal, shock-resistant bearing cover, outer seal, and multiple low-friction contact lip seals, helping protect the bearing from water, dust, chemicals, slurry, and wear. This system is designed to provide one of the most effective sealing arrangements available for demanding conveyor applications.
EU-Roller HDPE Rollers are engineered to operate in extreme temperatures, harsh environments, and highly corrosive, chemical, or coastal conditions that typically damage conventional steel rollers. The HDPE roller body offers excellent resistance to abrasion, ultraviolet exposure, impact forces, and aggressive operating conditions, making it well suited to hard-working conveyor systems.
