Reliable Carry-Side Belt Tracking for Conveyor Systems

All welding is performed in accordance with AS1554.1 SP welding
standards, ensuring consistent quality and tight tolerance control
across every tracker.

Effective Carry-Side Belt Tracking

Carry trackers are designed to maintain accurate belt tracking on
the carry side of the conveyor belt without the use of servo rollers,
which can contribute to belt edge damage when used in carry-side
tracking applications.

The unit incorporates conical wing rollers that create differential
roller face speeds as the belt begins to drift off centre.
This action causes the idler frame to pivot slightly, steering the belt
back towards the centreline of the conveyor.

Responsive Tracking with Minimal Belt Stress

This design provides effective belt alignment while minimising stress
on the belt edges, helping extend belt life and improve conveyor reliability.

SEC Business Group Carry Trackers feature a compact and maintenance-free
design, making them easy to install and suitable for both single-direction
and reversing conveyor belts.

Durable Construction and Supply Options

Units are supplied galvanised as standard for corrosion resistance,
with powder-coated options available if required.

Carry trackers are available to suit belt widths from 450mm up to 3000mm,
and custom configurations can be supplied to suit specific conveyor designs
or roller arrangements.
