Description

Composite Ceramic Wear Bars for Extreme Abrasion and Impact Protection

Cera-Wear Extreme Ceramic Wear Bars are premium-grade composite ceramic wear bars engineered for severe abrasion and moderate impact protection in demanding industrial applications.

Manufactured from 92% alumina ceramic tiles embedded within a rubber matrix, these wear bars provide excellent resistance to both high-velocity and high-flow sliding abrasion as well
as impact in aggressive materials handling environments.

Each wear bar is supplied with an embedded aluminium T-track for added stability and secure mechanical fastening, allowing easy installation and strong retention on equipment surfaces.

Designed for Severe Wear Zones with Impact Exposure

SEC Business Group supplies advanced ceramic wear protection systems designed to protect steel equipment, reduce downtime, and improve service life in mining, quarrying, and mineral processing applications.

Cera-Wear Extreme Ceramic Wear Bars are ideal for applications requiring the abrasion resistance of alumina ceramic combined
with the impact absorption and flexibility of a rubber backing matrix.
