Continuous Belt Support for Maximum Stability

Each impact bed consists of a robust support frame fitted with rubber
and UHMWPE impact bars. The rubber core absorbs impact energy from
material loading, while the UHMWPE top layer provides a low-friction
sliding surface for smooth belt movement.

Unlike traditional idler arrangements, the continuous support
eliminates gaps between rollers, preventing belt sag and reducing
the risk of spillage and dust generation.
