SEC Business Group Transition Idler Frames are engineered and fabricated
to meet or exceed industry standards and customer specifications.
Manufactured using advanced production methods including CNC laser cutting
and robotic welding, these frames deliver exceptional strength,
precision, and durability.

All welding is performed in accordance with AS1554.1 SP welding standards,
ensuring consistent quality and tight tolerance control.

Designed for Controlled Belt Transition

Transition idlers are installed in the section of the conveyor where the
belt transitions from a flat profile to a trough configuration, or from
trough back to flat. Proper transition support is critical in preventing
excessive belt stress, edge damage, and premature belt wear.

SEC Business Group Transition Idlers are available in 3-roll or 5-roll
configurations, allowing the transition angle to be gradually adjusted
to suit different conveyor designs and operating conditions.

Typical Transition Angle Ranges

  • 5° – 20°
  • 15° – 30°
  • 30° – 45°
  • 40° – 55°

Custom transition ranges are also available to suit specific applications.
