High-Performance Secondary Belt Cleaning for Demanding Applications

The PHS (P High Speed) Series of secondary belt cleaners is engineered to tackle demanding conveyor cleaning applications where reliable secondary cleaning performance is essential.

Designed to work in conjunction with a primary belt cleaner, PHS cleaners are typically installed on a flat, stable section of belt near the head pulley or a flat return / hold-down roller to maximise material removal and improve conveyor cleanliness.

Uncompromising Cleaning Performance

Each PHS cleaner features a pair of side assemblies, a robust pole, and a series of 150mm wide blades.

These blades combine a durable rubber cushion with a high-performance tungsten tip, providing effective cleaning
on high-speed belts and in abrasive operating conditions.

While the PHS cleaner can be used in reversing belt applications such as trippers, it is not suitable for belts where material flows in both directions.

For especially difficult applications, multiple PHS cleaners can be installed in close series to further improve cleaning efficiency.

• PHS SST (Secondary Spring Tensioner) – incorporates a spring tensioner to extend the period between adjustments, especially useful in high tip wear applications.

• PHS BT (Bolt Tension) – provides reliable and consistent tensioning for a wide range of secondary cleaning applications.
