Description

Oil Resistant Wear Lining for Abrasion Protection in Industrial Applications

R-Line NBR Lining Rubber is a premium-grade nitrile-based rubber lining engineered for wear protection in industrial applications where abrasion and oil exposure occur together.

Manufactured from a high-performance nitrile rubber compound, this lining provides excellent resistance to fuels, greases, solvents, hydraulic fluids, and petroleum-based products, while
maintaining strong physical properties and flexibility in service.

The material features a pre-buffed backing on one side to assist with adhesion when bonded to steel or rubber surfaces using standard Neoprene-based rubber adhesive systems.

Designed for Abrasion and Oil Exposure

SEC Business Group supplies durable lining solutions designed to protect steel equipment and extend service life in demanding operating environments.

R-Line NBR Lining Rubber is particularly suited to applications exposed to both mechanical wear and oil-based reagents, where standard natural rubber linings may not provide sufficient
chemical compatibility.
