Manufactured using advanced production techniques including CNC laser
cutting and robotic welding, these frames deliver exceptional strength,
accuracy, and durability.
All welding is completed in accordance with AS1554.1 SP welding
standards, ensuring consistent quality and tight manufacturing tolerances.
Rigid suspended carry idlers are the primary load-bearing idlers used
in higher tension conveyor applications where stable and precise roller
positioning is required.
They are commonly installed in areas such as tripper transition zones,
overland conveyors, and underground trunk conveyors where reliable
