of the conveyor belt, this rugged plough effectively removes rocks, carryback
material, and debris before they reach the tail pulley or other critical components.

By intercepting material early, the plough prevents debris from becoming trapped
between the belt and pulley, protecting the belt, pulley lagging, and mechanical
splices from unnecessary wear and costly damage.

Spring Tensioned Cleaning Performance

The spring tensioning system maintains consistent pressure between the plough blade
and the belt surface, allowing the blade to adapt to belt movement and surface
variations while maintaining effective cleaning performance.

This controlled pressure improves debris removal while minimising blade wear and
