Manufactured using advanced production techniques including CNC laser
cutting and robotic welding, these idlers deliver excellent strength,
precision, and durability.
All welding is performed in accordance with AS1554.1 SP welding standards,
and strict quality management systems ensure consistent tolerance and
manufacturing quality across every unit.
Suspended vee return idlers are designed for installation on the return
side of the conveyor belt, where the vee profile assists with maintaining
proper belt alignment and tracking.
The suspended configuration allows the idler to move slightly with the belt,
helping to stabilise the belt position and improve overall conveyor performance.
These idlers are commonly used in applications where conveyor alignment is
