SEC Business Group Vee Return Idler Frames are engineered and fabricated to meet or exceed industry standards and customer specifications, delivering reliable return-side belt support, improved tracking performance, and long-term durability.

Manufactured using advanced production techniques including CNC laser cutting and robotic welding, these frames provide excellent strength, precision, and consistent quality across a wide range of conveyor applications.

All welding is completed in accordance with AS1554.1 SP welding standards, ensuring tight tolerance control and dependable structural performance in demanding operating environments.

Designed for Return-Side Belt Alignment

Vee return idlers are installed on the return side of the conveyor belt, where the vee-shaped profile assists with maintaining proper belt alignment and tracking.

The angled roller configuration helps guide the belt back toward the centreline of the conveyor, reducing belt misalignment and improving overall conveyor performance.

SEC Business Group Vee Return Idler Frames are available with a variety of frame and mounting configurations, allowing them to be adapted to different conveyor structures and installation requirements.

Flexible Configuration Options

Typical vee angles include 5°, 7.5°, 10°, and 15°, with custom trough angles available to suit specific conveyor applications.

These idler frames can be fitted with standard return rollers, rubber disc rollers, or poly disc return rollers, depending on
operating conditions and material handling requirements.

Frames are supplied galvanised as standard for corrosion resistance
and durability, with powder-coated options available if required.

belt widths from 450mm up to 3000mm, with custom designs available
to accommodate specific belt widths or roller configurations.
