The SEC Business Group Water Spray Bar is engineered to enhance conveyor belt
cleaning efficiency by applying a controlled volume of water directly onto
the belt surface immediately prior to the scraper blade.
Introducing moisture to the belt surface softens stubborn carryback material,
improving blade-to-belt contact and increasing overall cleaning effectiveness.
This results in reduced material build-up, improved belt cleanliness,
and lower ongoing maintenance requirements.
Designed with an adjustable mounting bracket system, the Water Spray Bar
allows straightforward installation directly ahead of primary or secondary
belt cleaners.
Its compact configuration makes it suitable for integration into a wide
range of bulk material handling conveyor systems without extensive modification.
